We ask our customers never to refuse delivery of a parcel. In accordance with European legislation, simply refusing a delivery does not constitute a legal and valid notice of withdrawal.
Furthermore, international carriers systematically destroy refused or unclaimed parcels to avoid prohibitive return costs.
